AcuFind provides educational acupressure guidance, symptom-based point discovery, treatment planning tools, wellness books, and courses. By using the app, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use below.
Information we collect

Phone number
Used for OTP login, account identification, and order communication.

Name, email (optional), and profile photo you choose to upload.

Name, address lines, landmark, pincode, state, and district when you place a book order.

Symptoms you search, planner plans, patient records (for practitioner use), and related progress you enter in the app.

Purchase history, order status, and premium membership status.
How we use your information
- Create and secure your account (OTP login)
- Provide symptom finder, planner, courses, and book store features
- Process and deliver book orders
- Manage premium subscriptions
- Send planner reminders on your device (only with your permission)
- Improve app reliability and respond to support requests
Local storage on your device
Some profile details, symptoms, patients, and planner progress are stored on your device so the app can restore your work quickly when you reopen it.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for advertising.

Payments
Book purchases and premium subscriptions are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card, UPI PIN, or bank credentials. Payment status and transaction references are stored to complete orders and support refunds where applicable.

Your rights & data retention
- Request access to or correction of your account information
- Request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us
- Withdraw notification permission anytime in device settings
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
Terms of use
- All app content, images, course materials, and planner tools are for personal learning and wellness use.
- Do not copy, resell, redistribute, or misuse app content without permission.
- Premium features require an active subscription; book prices are as shown at checkout.
- We may update this policy; continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
